Tue – Thur: Hatha 26+2 classes are 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, in a normal temperature room. Designed for every part of your body; improve flexibility, circulation, stamina, physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Fri: Yin yoga is a meditative, relaxed class. Floor postures are held for prolonged stretches (3-4 minutes), focusing on breathing, internal organ function, and flexibility in joints and connective tissues.
Pierre began practicing yoga at the Kripalu Yoga and Healing Center in the Berkshires.He has over 500 hours in teacher training, receiving certificates in Bikram Yoga, Ghosh Yoga, and Radiant Flow Yoga.
